Easy to do by yourself, rent a Scotter (100.000 + 50.000 VND fuel) and ride around the island, come to see Hospital Cave on the way to Nitional Park, Exactly this is the War Museum – the Hospital inside the Cave from Vietnamese Army in War time (Spending half hour, Entrance ticket 40.000VND). Straight way to next stop is Trung Trang Cave – the Natural Cave, come inside you will see amazing Stalactites and Stalagmite. Nearby is the Gate of Cat ba National Park, do Treking up to Ngu Lam Peak – The top of Higest mountain get great view ( Two Point Sharing 1 ticket entrance 80.000VND).
