8:00 AM – Pick-up at Hotel
Begin the day with a pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter.
8:30 AM – Explore Ho Chi Minh Complex
Visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (closed on Mondays and Fridays), where Vietnam’s iconic leader rests. But we still Visit and walk around outside to take photos
Walk around the stilt house where Ho Chi Minh lived & worked from 1954 to 1969, and admire the Presidential Palace.
Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed at least 2 months (15th June -15th August) for the annual maintaining.
Then visit One Pillar Pagoda where worships the Goddess of Mercy. It is the most unique pagoda in the world
Spend 1.5 hours at the complex.
10:00 PM – Visit Vietnam Ethnology Museum
Dive into the rich diversity of Vietnam’s 54 ethnic groups through exhibits, traditional houses, and artifacts.
Special Note: We will visit Vietnamese Women’s Museum instead of Vietnam Ethnology Museum closed on Mondays
Spend 1.5 hours exploring the museum.
11:50 AM – Lunch Break
Enjoy authentic Vietnamese cuisine at a local restaurant (recommend trying pho or bun cha).
Afternoon
1:30 PM – Visit Tran Quoc Pagoda
Located on West Lake, Tran Quoc Pagoda is the oldest pagoda in Hanoi, known for its serene setting and rich history.
Spend 30–45 minutes exploring the pagoda and enjoying the lake views.
2:30 PM – Explore the Temple of Literature
Vietnam’s first university, dedicated to Confucius, scholars, and sages.
Admire the traditional Vietnamese architecture and peaceful gardens.
Spend 1 hour at the site.
3:30 PM – Visit Hoa Lo Prison
Known as the “Hanoi Hilton,” this prison played a significant role during the French colonial era and the Vietnam War.
Spend about 1 hour learning about its history and exhibits.
4:30 PM – Return to Hotel
Conclude the tour with a drop-off at your hotel.
